采用简易、温和、实际耐用的水热方法制备了新型三维介孔立方体结构的钴酸锌纳米材料。每个钴酸锌立方体的边长大约在3-4μm之间,并由大量的纳米粒子和密集的孔隙所构成。通过氮吸附/脱附手段测试发现所制备的钴酸锌纳米材料具有较大的比表面积(41.4 m2?g~(-1))和介孔(6.32 nm)特性。使用钴酸锌纳米材料作为锂离子电池负极,金属锂作为正极组装锂电池并测试了材料的储锂性能。研究发现该电极材料在较高的电流密度下循环100周后,仍能呈现较高的可逆容量和超强的循环稳定性。这种优异的储锂性能主要归因于钴酸锌纳米材料的新型结构,这种介孔立方体结构能够加速锂离子的扩散,增加电极与电解液的接触面积并缓解锂离子嵌入/嵌出期间产生的体积膨胀。  相似文献

A quantitative study of the surface composition of ferric oxide employing photoemission spectra is presented. It was possible to accurately reproduce the expected composition (Fe2.00±0.05O3) by modeling the background as a combination of Shirley‐type (Shirley–Vegh–Salvi–Castle) and slope backgrounds through the active approach. The line‐shape employed to fit apparent peak asymmetries was the double‐Lorentzian. It was possible to resolve a previously unreported satellite located at ~729 eV. Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) composites with silica, halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) and montmorillonite (MMT) were prepared and the interfacial and mechanical properties were compared to understand the reinforcing behaviours of these fillers based on the results of SEM, DSC, DMA, etc. Due to the formation of interparticle domain, HNTs immobilized more rubber approaching their surface than silica and MMT. Interestingly, only tightly immobilized rubber chains made contribution to the enhancement of interfacial and mechanical strength of SBR composites. This was because the tightly immobilized rubber acted as a bridge in the filler-rubber interface and induced the formation of stretched rubber chains linked filler network when the composites were loaded in tension, while loosely immobilized rubber were easy to slip off from filler surface, causing the separation between filler and bulk rubber. Therefore, silica with more tightly immobilized rubber approaching its surface showed better reinforcing effect on rubber than HNTs and MMT.  相似文献

pyMolDyn is an interactive viewer of atomic systems defined in a unit cell and is particularly useful for crystalline and amorphous materials. It identifies and visualizes cavities (vacancies, voids) in simulation cells corresponding to all seven 3D Bravais lattices, makes no assumptions about cavity shapes, allows for atoms of different size, and locates the cavity centers (the centers of the largest spheres not including an atom center). We define three types of cavity and develop a method based on the split and merge algorithm to calculate all three. The visualization of the cavities uses the marching cubes algorithm. The program allows one to calculate and export pair distribution functions (between atoms and/or cavities), as well as bonding and dihedral angles, cavity volumes and surface areas, and measures of cavity shapes, including asphericity, acylindricity, and relative shape anisotropy. The open source Python program is based on GR framework and GR3 routines and can be used to generate high resolution graphics and videos. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

In this study, sub-200?nm, crosslinked latex particles with a narrow particle size distribution were prepared by one-step emulsion polymerization in the presence of particle coagulation. The relationship between the particle shape and particle coagulation was investigated by varying the time of crosslinking network structure formation and particle coagulation. Particles with irregular shapes such as doublet, triplet, and ellipsoid were obtained using divinylbenzene (DVB) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the crosslinking agents, because the crosslinking network structure of particles was formed before the particle coagulation. In contrast, latex particles with a uniform spherical shape were also prepared using triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) or dihydrodicyclopentadienyl acrylate (DCPA) as the crosslinking agents by delaying the time of crosslinking network structure formation. Alternatively, uniform spherical latex particles were prepared by bringing forward the particle coagulation time using cationic initiator, 2, 2′-azobis (2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride (AAPH). This study presents a new idea that would further broaden the application of particle coagulation in emulsion polymerization.  相似文献

在基于相位分析的三维测量系统中,为了准确地得到物体的高度,相位展开扮演着很重要的角色。传统的相位展开方法常常需要额外的投影图,而傅里叶变换轮廓术只需要采集一幅或两幅变形条纹图就可以实现对物体轮廓的测量,其方法速度快,易于实现。针对傅里叶变换轮廓术方法计算得到的截断相位分布,本文提出了一种利用截断相位与参考平面相位差值2π的整数倍数获得截断相位的正确级次,辅助相位展开的方法。当被测物体较复杂,或者相位截断次数较多时,该方法在已有参考平面相位的基础上虚拟新的相位平面,依次比较截断相位和虚拟相位,进行多次分级相位展开,结合多个展开相位结果,最终得到正确的展开相位。该方法展开速度快,展开错误不会蔓延传递。仿真和实物实验结果证明了该方法的可行性,说明该方法可用于傅里叶变换轮廓术中进行截断相位的快速展开。  相似文献

(Electric) polarization tensors describe part of the leading order term of asymptotic voltage perturbations caused by low volume fraction inhomogeneities of the electrical properties of a medium. They depend on the geometry of the support of the inhomogeneities and on their admittivity contrast. Corresponding asymptotic formulas are of particular interest in the design of reconstruction algorithms for determining the locations and the material properties of inhomogeneities inside a body from measurements of current flows and associated voltage potentials on the body’s surface. In this work, we consider the two-dimensional case only and provide an analytic representation of the polarization tensor in terms of spectral properties of the double layer integral operator associated with the support of simply connected conductivity inhomogeneities. Furthermore, we establish that an (infinitesimal) simply connected inhomogeneity has the shape of an ellipse, if and only if the polarization tensor is a rational function of the admittivity contrast with at most two poles whose residues satisfy a certain algebraic constraint. We also use the analytic representation to provide a proof of the so-called Hashin–Shtrikman bounds for polarization tensors; a similar approach has been taken previously by Golden and Papanicolaou and Kohn and Milton in the context of anisotropic composite materials.  相似文献

For soft robotics and programmable metamaterials, novel approaches are required enabling the design of highly integrated thermoresponsive actuating systems. In the concept presented here, the necessary functional component was obtained by polymer syntheses. First, poly(1,10-decylene adipate) diol (PDA) with a number average molecular weight Mn of 3290 g·mol−1 was synthesized from 1,10-decanediol and adipic acid. Afterward, the PDA was brought to reaction with 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol. The resulting polyester urethane (PEU) was processed to the filament, and samples were additively manufactured by fused-filament fabrication. After thermomechanical treatment, the PEU reliably actuated under stress-free conditions by expanding on cooling and shrinking on heating with a maximum thermoreversible strain of 16.1%. Actuation stabilized at 12.2%, as verified in a measurement comprising 100 heating-cooling cycles. By adding an actuator element to a gripper system, a hen’s egg could be picked up, safely transported and deposited. Finally, one actuator element each was built into two types of unit cells for programmable materials, thus enabling the design of temperature-dependent behavior. The approaches are expected to open up new opportunities, e.g., in the fields of soft robotics and shape morphing.  相似文献
